These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your clinic's use of Klariti (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Klariti, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your clinic.
The Service
Klariti provides dental clinics with a website, appointment booking, appointment reminders, patient contact records, a calendar, patient reviews, and a dashboard. Klariti does not currently provide clinical charting or electronic health record (EHR) functionality, and should not be used to store clinical treatment records.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your clinic's account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of your clinic to accept these Terms.
Subscriptions and billing
Klariti is offered on a monthly or annual subscription, billed in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Payments are processed by PayPal; PayPal's own user agreement also applies to the payment transaction itself. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
Your data
Your clinic owns the data it enters into Klariti, including patient contact records and website content. We process this data on your behalf to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Klariti for anything unlawful.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Don't use Klariti to store clinical records or data it isn't designed to hold.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Klariti is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
