• Account information: clinic name, staff names, email addresses, and phone numbers provided when you sign up.
• Patient contact records: the contact information your clinic enters into Klariti to manage appointments and reminders. This is your data, not ours — see "How we use your data" below.
• Website content: the logo, services, hours, photos, and brand details you provide to generate your clinic website.
• Billing information: subscription payments are processed by our payment provider, PayPal. Klariti does not receive or store your full card or payment details.
• Usage data: basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) collected automatically to keep the Service secure and reliable.

How we use your data

We use account information to operate your Klariti account, send service-related communications, and provide support. Patient contact records entered by your clinic are used solely to provide the Service to your clinic (for example, sending appointment reminders) — we do not sell this data or use it for our own marketing purposes.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored securely on encrypted cloud infrastructure with regular backups. We use reputable third-party infrastructure and service providers (including our hosting provider and PayPal for payments) who are contractually required to protect your data.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. If your clinic closes its Klariti account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies necessary to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences, such as your selected currency on our pricing page.

Children's privacy

Klariti is a business tool for dental clinics and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
